I’m normally a red sauce girl, but I’ve wanting to make Alfredo sauce at home for awhile a now. I found this simple recipe from Cooking Light and had all the ingredients, so I finally went for it.

I cooked the sauce longer than the recipe suggested because the cheese wasn’t melting. Then I was concerned that the sauce was too thin, but it thickened after it was combined with the pasta and was great. Remember, this is a light Alfredo sauce recipe.
