I enjoy Alton Brown’s TV show Good Eats, but the recipes intimidate me, even when they shouldn’t. Maybe it’s because Alton is so smart and precise? I don’t know. At any rate, I’ve been doing enough successful cooking lately that I had the confidence to attempt Good Eats Meatloaf.

My confidence has not been shattered (yet). As it turns out, this recipe is really easy if you have a big food processor, a meat thermometer, and you aren’t afraid of getting your hands dirty.
