Print This PostI could tell you that I made these cookies so I could use up some of the oatmeal in my cupboard, but that would be a lie. I just wanted to make cookies. I followed this recipe from bakingsheet (now Baking Bites) after falling for the first line:
These are, hands down, the best oatmeal chocolate chip cookies I have ever made and probably the best I have ever eaten.
No lie.
