The IFA told me make this soup, so I did.

And I only messed it up a little bit by putting in the fresh basil before simmering instead of after. (I fished it out after an hour or so of thinking about fishing it out.) Also, I don’t have an immersion blender (Santa, if you’re reading this…) so I used the regular blender. I wish the soup was smoother, but I think the flavor is excellent. I will definitely make this again with the proper equipment.
