This recipe comes from my mother-in-law. We had it once with them and I have been craving it ever since. The recipe is so much easier than I thought it would be. It only took about 30 minutes to make the entire meal. Perfect for a week night meal and best of all there are plenty of leftovers.

- 8 ounces butter
- 2 teaspoons garlic
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound shrimp, cleaned and shelled
- 1 pound fettucini, prepared al dente and drained
Directions:
- In a two-quart sauce pan, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add garlic and saute until garlic softens (2-3 minutes).
- Add wine and cream. Bring just to a boil. Reduce heat.
- Add parmesan cheese and feta cheese. Simmer, stirring occasionally.
- In a separate saute pan, add olive oil and saute shrimp until cooked through.
- Combine the fettucini noodles, shrimp and sauce together and cook until heated through.
