This is another side dish (like the mac and cheese) that is really easy to make and for whatever reason is always what I am hungry for when eating steak. This was a New Year’s Eve side dish to go with the beef tenderloin. We always have the ingredients for this handy which is what makes it such an easy dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 can mini shrimp
  • 1 package frozen peas
  • 1/2 pound small shells
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Directions:

  1. Cook the shells according to the directions to al dente. When done, drain and rinse in cold water.
  2. Add the shrimp and thawed peas.
  3. Combine the mayonnaise and sugar together. Then mix into pasta and shrimp.
