“I’m strong to the finich / ‘Cause I eats me spinach”

This was my second attempt at this Spinach Quiche. I think my first attempt was better, but this was no failure.

I followed the recipe exactly, except for the crust. The recipe calls for Martha’s pâte brisée, but I’m just not ready for that. Maybe next time.

Oh, and Santa? Tart pans…
